Meet the founder
Kofi Agyeman is the founder of Goldacre Property Management and is dedicated to curating the best stay experience for short, medium, and long-term stays. Having worked in Enterprise technology sales for over 10 years, traveling to see clients all over the UK. he became bored of staying in hotels and wanted a home away from a home experience but found the short-term accommodation options were not of a great standard.
After entering the property industry a few years ago, he asked himself how he could solve the problem he and many of his colleagues had with serviced accommodation. Through networking and building relationships with landlords, he recognised many landlords had the same issue, the challenges that come with being a landlord, they essentially wanted a hassle-free experience.
Kofi Agyeman decided to partner with landlords who had suitable properties for long term lets, where we guarantee their rents and take on all the management and maintenance of the property, allowing them to have a hassle-free experience and allowing us to offer luxury, modern, easy to use serviced accommodation for busy professionals and construction workers on the move.
